Data (surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) are processed in order to handle requests which DFS is responsible for as a public body.
Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Section 1 of the German Freedom of Information Act (IFG) and Section 3 of the German Environmental Information Act (UIG).
Recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data
Data are used within DFS by the divisions handling the requests and complaints including towers and control centres.
Transfer of personal data to a third country
This will not happen.
Retention period of personal data
Your data will be deleted after processing.
